Our woodfiber peel is an essential – prep dough on it, use it to transfer pizzas to and from the oven, then slice and serve right on top. Commercial quality used by many pizzerias.

Woodfiber Peel Large

At 16” wide and 24” long, the large peel can handle pizzas up to 16 inches and will keep hands safe from the hot oven during transfer.
